Het 41st Elite Legion is afkomstig uit het 9th Assault Corps onder bevel van Luminara Unduli en Gree. Het 41st Legion is bekend omwille van zijn lange missies op onbekende werelden waarin ze onder alles behalve luxueuze toestand moesten opereren.
Het 41st Legion moest ook vaak allianties aangaan met de plaatselijke bewoners van deze planeten. Het werd zelf ook onderverdeeld in Sarlacc Battalion A en Sarlacc Battalion B. Het 41st Legion was daarom uitgerust met tal van Phase II Clone Trooper Armor variaties en voertuigen.
Het 41st Legion bevat Clone Scout Troopers, AT-RT Drivers, BARC Troopers en AT-TE Gunners. Hun standaard pantser is gewoon wit met grijze schouders en handbeschermers.
